RHA Stencil Policies

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.

There is no international shipping at this time. Only orders to the 48 continental United States is available.

We use standard shipping, generally through USPS. 

Rustic Haven Artworks LLC cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages once shipped. Contact the carrier if your package is damaged during shipping, not delivered if marked delivered, or is not delivered within a reasonable time (please wait at least 5 days). 

Items may be returned for replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt. All items should be returned in their original state, unopened and unused.

Returns that are due to manufacturer defect or errors in shipment are eligible for a full refund, including shipping in both directions. All other returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping is non-refundable.

All refunds will be processed immediately upon receipt of goods and inspection approval. Please ship all returns in the most cost effective manner possible to:
