Fair & Festival Event Planners!

I love doing Fairs and Festivals! I have done many of these over the years.

If you want to treat your fair or festival attendees to a treat, hire me to paint them for free. Nothing says thank you like giving them the gift of a free airbrush face paint or tattoo.

Vending Criteria for any event: 

After attending events as a vendor for 14 years, I have experienced many types of events. Small & large. As a vendor, I am attending to make a good profit so I can keep my business running and pay my bills. So here is what I have found out about the types of events that are usually profitable for me. 

• Large Fairs & Festivals
• Large community events with kids activities

• Events over 45 minutes or farther from me, must be at least 5 hours or longer. 
• Have other kid friendly activities to bring in families as this is my main audience. Yes, I’m a kid friendly activity, but if parents or adults are paying for it, face painting alone won’t be enough. Unless I’m hired so that it’s free to the public. That’s what the draw is. 
• 1st year events or 4 hour events must be within 30 miles of me in Brownsville, KY. It will depend on the type of event it is. 
• The event should have numbers in the thousands, or hundreds of kids with paying adults. 

Products I use:

I use professional products and equipment for your guests safety and well being. No cheap paints here. All the products I use are skin safe and made for application on the face or body. I do NOT use acrylics or craft glitter.

The paint and inks I use are:

Airbrush face paint:

• skin safe, made for the face and body
• can last about a day, maybe 2
• water resistant
• smear resistant
• removes with soap and water.

Airbrush tattoos:

• skin safe, made for the body
• can last several days with care
• water resistant
• smear resistant
• removes with rubbing alcohol or baby oil.

Do you have a themed event?

I have lots of designs to choose from. I can also theme the designs to your event.

What's Included?

• 1 artist with total airbrush set up, no need to provide chairs or tables.
• Fun, quick designs for large events. For smaller groups like parties, larger designs can be available depending on the amount of people attending. Designs might include a mix of airbrush tattoos and pro airbrush tattoo designs. Airbrush face painting might include tattoo designs for the older crowd, but will be painted with the airbrush face paint.
• Smiles! Lots of smiles!

Mobile Art Studio Add on...

The total rate for your event will depend on all the elements needed for your event. There may be additional charges depending on location, the event venue, length of the event vs. the amount of people attending, etc. 

*A travel fee will be added if the event is over 20 miles from the artist's area.

*I may be able to add a line manager or a second painter to help get your guests through quicker for an additional fee. 

*Client is responsible to pay any additional fees or provide at no charge to Rustic Haven Artworks items such as parking, entry fees, or any fees associated with their event.  

*Any other items not covered that come up during the booking process associated with the event. 

*All services booked require a non-refundable retainer's fee to hold the date & time for your event. This is part of the total rate.

*Cancellations of 24 hours or less of the date of the event will be required to pay in full.
